Setting it up

Unplug the tower before opening it. The filter sits behind the base cap.
Twist the bottom cap off, drop the old cartridge out and set the new one in the same way up. No tools involved.
Cap it back, plug in, and note the date somewhere you will see it. A few months is the usual span in a lived-in room.
