A change of air

Sometimes the tower is the wrong size for the room, or the color reads different at home. Fair enough. The way back is short, but it runs through the place where the order lives.

The route

• Open the order list where you bought the unit and pick the item.
• Follow that flow. It sets the window, prints the label and books the pickup or drop-off.
• Once the unit is logged back in, the charge is reversed the same way it was made. The timing is theirs, and the order page shows it.

One thing not to do

Please do not send anything to our Cleveland address. It is a mail desk, not a dock; a box sent there travels the wrong way and slows everything down.

If the reason for sending it back is something we got wrong, a spec, a photo, a description, tell us at the lab too. That part we can fix.
